Hi
First of all, download/install the following program...
www.etpub.org/request.php?9
You will need all of the map files included within the campaign.
Use the program to create the campaign. When adding maps to the campaign file (within the program) you will need to browse to the folder before adding them. ie - browse to c:/program files/enemy territory/etmain . You will need to save the cfg and pk3 file in the etmain directory of the hosters system. They will then become available to select when hosting a game.
Some issues.......
1. If the campaign wont start or the campaign stops/restarts after a certain map then its due to an incorrect map name within the pk3 file. pk3 files can be opened via winrar.
2. Incomplete or outdated dat files on hosters system. = Update or just live with the error messages.
Many many others tbh..
Best way of doing the above is by using 1 lan machine as a dedicated server. Create a server.cfg, run etded.exe with the command line switches as follows....by this i mean edit the shortcut to etded.exe and add the following as needed in the target box
"C:Program FilesEnemy TerritoryETded.exe" +set fs_game etpro +set com_hunkmegs 128 +exec server.cfg
Make sure to create a server.cfg or edit the default one within etmain. Change passwords etc and set whatever dedicated options you need. At some point within the server.cfg add a line to exec campaignfile.cfg . ofc making sure the campaignfile.cfg and pk3 are both within etmain on the hosting system.
