[X]Multigaming

 The following are rules to be adhered to while playing on our gameservers.

•  No Cheating - Permban once validated. Do not accuse someone of cheating without proof. Doing so will result in a kick. Repeated violations will result in a temp/perm ban. If you suspect someone of cheating then bring it to a ref/admins attention on the server or on irc #|X|Multigaming.
• Racist or Xenophobic name tags and chat - will not be tolerated and will result in a perm ban from the servers.
• No Deliberate Teamkilling / Teambleeding.
• No Idiotic vote casting.
• Spawnkilling is allowed though not encouraged. Defend your spawn!!! Enemy Territory Specific!!!
• No Spawnblocking.
• Spawncamping is allowed.
• English in server globalchat and teamchats. Please dont use other languages as this will result in a 10 min mute followed by a kick if repeated.
• Team balance. If teams are unfair then take the initiative and change teams. Very few people currently do this. If teams are shuffled then please have the good grace to stay on the team you were shuffled to. This makes the game better for all. Please also note that we don't kick players for being less skilled than others, we all started somewhere so give them a chance.
• Selfkill - In fight or otherwise is allowed. - Limited via scripts to a certain number of /kills - Enemy Territory Specific!!!
• Swearing/Spamming/Shoving- Keep it nice. If you have a point to make, don't spam and do it sensibly - you'll find we take much more notice. Use shove to move idle players out of the way at spawn. Do not use it to be annoying. |X| is a polite server, keep it that way and avoid being muted/kicked/banned.
• Complaining - Don't complain if someone accidentally teamkills you, especially when they apologise. Enemy Territory Specific!!!
• Teamdamage - Anyone with excessive teamdamage will be kicked for 60 minutes. Current rule is >= 1200 is considered excessive. Please be aware of this. Enemy Territory Specific!!!
• No Advertising - Do not advertise other servers.
• 180 scripts - Not welcome on our servers. Such scripts exploit the movement spread calculation within the quake engine and are as such banned. Anyone using such scripts will be removed from the servers and tempbanned for 60 mins. A repeat will gain a longer ban time.
• Note - By joining the |X| servers you must comply with the above rules. Failure to do so will result in a ban of different types and the publishing of any information relating to the banned client. Information on bans is also shared between server community sites such as hirn and fp demolition. Banned from 1 server = banned from us all. If you do not wish to abide by these rules or have such information published then do not play on our servers.
